Terms and Conditions

We strongly advise prior to making any payments, you have read and understood the terms and conditions.

Payments

By enrolling at KP Beauty, you acknowledge that you accept the terms and conditions.

All payments made via www.kpbeauty.com.au are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Students have the option to pay in full or pay a deposit t secure their training date, which is deducted from the total course price.

Payment must be fulfilled at least one week prior to students training date to be able to attend.

Cancellation of your training date will result in loss of booking deposit or total payment made.

Rescheduling your training dates will result in loss of booking deposit or total payment made.

Course Attendance

Students must arrive on time to their training days. No shows will not be tolerated and students will not be able to re enrol.

Late arrival made be subject to training cancellation and loss of booking deposit or total payment made.

Confidentiality

All materials, including but not limited to course content, training materials, and discussions within the KP Beauty Lash Extension Training program are confidential. This encompasses any information shared during your one on one sessions and written materials.

Students must agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share any confidential information obtained during the training program with any third party, either during or after the course duration. This obligation extends indefinitely beyond the completion of the program.

The information provided is for your personal use and educational purposes only. Any commercial use, sharing, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from KP Beauty.

Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of access to course materials, participation, and potential legal action. We take the protection of our content seriously to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of the training program.

Requirements

Individuals who have enrolled into KP Beauty's 'Volume Lash Training' must present a certificate of completion of at least a 'Classic Lash Training'. This can be completed with any academy.

Individuals who have enrolled into KP Beauty's 'Volume Masterclass' must present a certificate of completion of at least a 'Volume Lash Training'. This can be completed with any academy.

Students are required to bring their own model for their in person model assessment. Failure to do so can lead to a fee incur or

Liability

KP Beauty will not be liable for any injury or damage that has occurred during or after the training dates.

Prior to commencing training, students are required to sign a waiver acknowledging potential risks, confidentiality and acknowledging their educator is not liable for any damage or injury cause by the student.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks associated with KP Beauty, remain the sole property of KP Beauty. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is a violation of these terms and applicable intellectual property laws.

According to Australian laws, individuals do not need to be licensed or accredited to be a lash artist. Students agree and acknowledge after successfully completing any course held at KP Beauty, they will receive a certificate of completion and attendance, not an accreditation.
